Primary requirements:

• Specialized education
• work experience

Working conditions:

• Work mainly at new facilities for the laying of low-voltage networks (Internet, fire and burglar alarms, etc.).
• Payment - 5 Euro / hour net. At the moment, we are already using 70 electricians (Bulgarians and Ukrainians) to install internal networks on two 30-storey buildings.
• Working hours: Mon-Sat 8-10 hours a day; our company is mostly open on Saturday. An employee can actually plan 200-220 hours.
• Accommodation price: depending on the place and the number of residents, the average cost is within the range of 100-150 Euro / person.
• Registration - for a Polish company, work in Latvia on a business trip certificate.
• Special conditions for compliance with discipline and alcohol consumption: in all our contracts, fines for an employee being drunk at the facility are specifically prescribed. Fines from 1500 to 5000 Euro / person

Finishers

Primary requirements:

• work experience
• installation of the frame and installation of plasterboard
• putty and painting
• other related finishing works

Working conditions:

• Payment - 5 Euro / hour net.
• Working hours: Mon-Sat 8-10 hours a day; our company is mostly open on Saturday. An employee can actually plan 200-220 hours.
